Recent Work

During a year-long consultancy spanning India, Bangladesh, and the UK, Ruthless International led programme strengthening, MEAL system development, impact measurement, Theory of Change design, research, evaluation, and capacity development. This included the delivery of a two-week training and systems-strengthening programme across Dhaka and Bogura, helping teams build more effective, accountable, and sustainable programmes.

  • Conducted programme reviews, risk assessments, strategic planning exercises, and operational recommendations to improve effectiveness, sustainability, and impact.

  • Developed unified reporting systems, data collection frameworks, indicator tracking tools, dashboards, and monitoring processes to strengthen accountability and programme performance.

  • Delivered organizational training, capacity assessments, Theory of Change workshops, MEAL training, and leadership development across international teams and programme staff.

  • Designed baseline studies, evaluations, impact strategies, learning frameworks, and outcome measurement systems supporting evidence-based decision making and programme improvement.

  • Designed and operationalised Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning systems across multi-country programmes, including handbook development, reporting frameworks, impact measurement systems, and organizational learning structures.

  • Led the development and review of programme logframes, theories of change, implementation frameworks, and strategic planning tools across health, inclusion, and community development programmes.
